Product Description

1. The raw material of pedestal and worktable is marble, which is made of uniform structure and advantaged by high strength, strong anti-wearing, shock absorption and ultra-low thermal expansion deformation. It can effectively inhibit the natural vibration and realize the excellent grinding accuracy. 2. With the standard configuration of 10" CNC LCD display, it adopts HMI operation interface to make machine adaptive to various grinding operations. Additionally, the portable mode interface can be tailored and machining parameters can be set according to customer's use requirements. 3. Both positioning axis X and Y adopt the highly precise grating ruler to form the close-loop control system, and are equipped with the linear motor for accurate positioning with ultra-low repeated error to realize the micron level machining accuracy and micron level positive compensation function of grinding wheel.
